SCREENING

Investment opportunities are identified against Property Blue’s investment philosophy and requirements.

FEASIBILITY

Internal appraisal is conducted by Property Blue and preliminary feasibility documentation prepared.
Preliminary feasibility document is provided to the Investment Committee for initial review and feedback.

NEGOTIATION

External appraisals are conducted, additional documentation is prepared, and transaction documentation and transaction terms prepared for inclusion into the due diligence report for submission to the Investment Committee.

APPROVAL

Approval from Investment Committee received.
Transaction is completed.

OVERSIGHT OF EXECUTION

Property Blue nominate a project lead internally who communicates regularly with the external execution team to oversee the investment Investors provided ongoing reporting on a quarterly basis, covering both development progress and project performance.

COMPLETION

Project lead liaises with Investment Committee through to project completion and exit of the project on approved terms.
